Xcitement Toys

Erik Guzman November 27th, 2007

A big hit for Xcitement Toys in the 1970sThe Black Friday and Cyber Monday numbers are in and it looks like the post-Thanksgiving Christmas shopping is off to a strong start, fueled by bargain hunting fervor. However, some are speculating that this year's recalls of millions of toys for lead-paint hazards and faulty design will dent toy sales, which is typically one of the hottest holiday categories.

But did you ever wonder what happens to all those dangerous toys they've pulled off the shelves? It sure would be a shame if they went to waste. Think of the hours of enjoyment lost just because children's nervous systems are particularly susceptible to toxins.

I'm sure some shoppers would think it's worth the risk if they could get a good deal. Well, SBE and our sponsor Xcitement Toys believe in the free market system. If there's a demand for these defective…ahem…I mean bargains, then it would be downright un-American and anti-Christmas to deprive you of them.

Please listen to this important message from our sponsor. You don't want to be un-AmeriChristmas do you?
