White History Month – The Gap

Erik Guzman March 11th, 2008

Behold...the khaki paradoxAmericans have recognized black history annually since 1926, first as Negro History Week and later as Black History Month. Since then, February has marked the beginning of this yearly celebration.

However, it wasn't until March of 2007 that the whites joined the party with White History Month.

Steve Brown Etc. continues the tradition this year as we pause today (and each remaining week in the month of March) to take a look back at the contribution the white man has made to American culture.
