Spring break. It's that time of year again when college students from across America converge on far-flung locations for a little rest and relaxation (that's code for debauchery).

While it's too late for many, there's still hope for those that have yet to escape the watchful eye of their parents (and U.S. laws). If you or someone you know is leaving the country to get your party on, don't leave the safety of our shores without the SBE Spring Break Primer.
