The Change Manifesto – John W. Whitehead on SBE
Erik Guzman September 26th, 2008
Don't miss this edition of SBE with one of our heroes, a man who has been called, "the Tom Paine of our time," John W. Whitehead. Use one of the options below to listen.
America needs change, but Whitehead says the president isn't the answer. Instead, he calls us back to what the Founding Fathers of America originally intended: A nation whose ultimate power base is the will of its citizens.
In Whitehead's new book, The Change Manifesto, he goes beyond alarmist rhetoric to lay the foundation for a street-by-street, town-by-town movement to create an America that works for its citizens. What's more, he inspires us to hope as he chronicles real life examples of everyday heroes who are creatively fighting for change.
John W. Whitehead is a constitutional attorney, founder of The Rutherford Institute, and blogger in The Guest Room.
