Autism & Prison are a Blessing – Bill Dallas & Patty Corrigan Myers

Erik Guzman April 17th, 2009

People are always telling me that God doesn't give people more than they can handle. Well, I must be a total wuss, because my life is pretty cush. That leaves me wondering if my faith would stand the test of life-altering difficulty.

If you can relate, join us on this edition of SBE as we talk with two people just like you and me with faith that's thriving through some tough circumstances. It will give you some hope.

First up, we talk with Bill Dallas, author of Lessons from San Quentin: Everything I Needed to Know about Life I Learned in Prison

Then, Patty Corrigan Myers joins us to talk about her book, Autism is a Blessing.

I enjoyed the interview with Patty Corrigan Myers. I have purchased and read her book, Autism is a Blessing. Being an educator, I highly recommend her book for all teachers who teach children with autism. This book gives educators a personal viewpoint of how it feels to be the parent of a child with special needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed Patty's interview, she is my sister-in-law . I feel like I can be completely objective when I say that Patty's book is truly a "Godsend" for anyone whose life has been touched with Autism.
I have read her book twice it is amazing and so full of love and a deep undertanding that can help others so much.
Patty's book and Charlie's story will be featured on Wednesday April 22nd at Legacy Writer's of Harmony Pub A Writing site on myspace. I will include the link to her interview as well .Thanks for the feature of my sweet sister and her family .Congratulations Patty on the continued success of your book.
Love ya ,Maryann Corrigan
