Erik, Matt, Sharon, Mark, Nino, Chon Lee and a host of others (in addition to our esteemed host) make Steve Brown Etc. possible. When Steve isn't around, we are just Etcetera. Come hang out with us.

We do a show that streams live on Tuesdays from 4 - 5 PM and on Wednesdays from noon - 12:30 (all times eastern). Each show hits the page as a podcast the next morning.

Mini-Me World Tour - Thunder in the Valley

Erik June 26th, 2007

Before we get to some of the funniest Mini-Me pics ever taken (with captions to match), we have a [ping] Etcetera programming note. There won't be a live show today. Be sure to join us next Tuesday from 4 - 5 ET when we resume regular streaming/podcasting. However, I'm sure you'll agree that what follows contains enough silliness to hold you over until then.

While Mini-Me didn't make it to the gay pride event in Philly, he did accompany the Dorsiest Dorsey Brother to Thunder in the Valley, in Johnstown, PA.

Buffoonery ensues.

For ideal viewing, click here to see a slideshow. Click on the "i" in the middle of the screen to have the captions displayed. You may want to slow it down as well.

I've never been a big fan of chaps… until now.

:)

greg from canada June 27th, 2007

indeed… I havent either… but now definately have a new appreciation for them… :)

Jordan (w.m.s.n.b.s) June 28th, 2007

Where do chaps fit in the spiritual armor?

Jordan (w.m.s.n.b.s) June 28th, 2007

The belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of readiness, the sheild of faith, the helmet of salvation, the sword of the spirit, and the chaps of…

… buffoonery?

Mark June 29th, 2007

I'm excited that the little guy finally got his first tatoo. I'm next!

ninjanun June 29th, 2007

Yes, yes, the Chaps of Buffoonery! So many churches/christians take themselves so seriously; they need some Chaps of Buffoonery to help them lighten up.

Now excuse me while I go bake a Strawberry Rhubarb Pie of Jubilee and eat it with the Fork of Justice!

ninjanun June 29th, 2007

Oh, and great pics, btw. ;)

Ok, NOW I'll go bake my Pie of Jubilee. And smother it with some Generic Whipped Topping of Fellowship (seems appropriate, yes?).

Erik June 29th, 2007

Mmmmmmm. I love strawberry rhubarb pie. Especially when it's hot and served with The Vanilla Ice Cream of Indescribable Joy.

señor jefe June 29th, 2007

…of course, it WILL have the graham cracker crust of kindness?

Can it be served with the bottled beer of blessing? Nothing better than a cold, frothy blessing…

(If it's homemade beer, would it be a micro-blessing??? You know… the kind with the sediment of sanctification?)

dorsey June 29th, 2007

I'm still stuck on the image of ninjanun and the whipped cream of fellowship …nudge, nudge, wink, wink…say no more.

Erik June 29th, 2007

By the way Jordan, you should know, I saw your comment about the Chaps of Buffoonery last night right before going to bed. I had a hard time brushing my teeth because I kept laughing at the thought. Funny stuff.

This is what happens when Dorsey spends too much time with biker models…

Or, might I add, the red bikini of reintarnation… you know, as in if you die in it you come back as a hillbilly.

George McFly January 29th, 2008

I had Lucky Charms for breakfast and listened to Fats Domino on the radio, in case you're interested.
