Tony Campolo joins us today to talk about faith and politics. Should the Kingdom of God mix with the kingdom of Washington? How should the Church relate to political parties? Will Tony just come out and endorse Barack Obama already?

I appreciate and enjoy Tony's work and ministry. However, regarding Islam and causes of current conflict I disagree with a couple of points.
First the popular myth that there are only a few 'war' verses in the Koran. One of every 55 verses in the Koran is a war verse and unlike the bible there is a present application in inciting his followers toward domination.
Second, Islam has been bent of domination so that all will 'submit' to God in some form or other. George Bush and America were not around in 600AD to cause some injustice and create the violence. Not even Israel can be blamed. The main difference in modern times is the amount of money and influence they currently have. I enjoy the show.
