This morning I read that Don Imus was fired.

It was probably a good thing. Anybody who would say something that offensive should have to pay a big price. When I was in commercial broadcasting, I could lose my job for saying "damn." Now you have to say a lot worse than that to be canned.

Imus did! Being canned is an appropriate price to pay.
